In November of 2019, I began working with Whitney. Initially, my employer was meeting with Whitney as I prepared documents to help my employer get her estate planning in place. So, for those first few months I knew Whitney by email only. During those next five months, Whitney and Jesenia were extremely helpful as all the documents were prepared to make sure her estate was protected should something happen to her. There was more that she wanted to do, and Whitney had started the process to protect this complex estate. Unfortunately, my employer became extremely ill and could not complete all the plans she wanted; however, Whitney was able to ensure there was tax and trust planning in her Will, which will protect this family for generations. She was also able to ensure that charitable giving to charities benefiting animals would benefit from the estate, which was extremely important. Through this entire process, Whitney and Jesenia were available to either come by the house or take my phone calls and emails.

After my employer’s passing, Whitney and Jesenia jumped right in to help me do everything I needed to do with the estate. My employer had made me the Independent Executor of her estate since I have been with this family for 35 plus years. Since I have been with the family for so long, I knew about everything that went on in their business affairs. There was really nothing new except for the vast amount of real estate that had to be appraised on the date of death value and then sold. I had no idea where to begin with getting appraisers for the land and household items, but I was given all the answers in working with Whitney and Jesenia. This estate had to go through probate in five states because of the vast number of holdings and this is an extraordinarily complex estate. Jesenia has been an organizational God-sent to work to lighten my administrative burden and countless recordings. I could write a book, but this is just supposed to be a testimonial. Working with Whitney and Jesenia has truly been a privilege. I cannot say enough about their expertise and knowledge about large complex estates.

I've had the pleasure of working with Whitney on three occasions, each involving different family matters. The first involved the probate proceedings of my mother's Will and estate. Whitney patiently and efficiently guided our family through the proceedings which resulted in a seamless and accurate transfer of the assets. Soon thereafter my wife and I had Whitney update and amend our personal Wills and corresponding estate planning.
